At Michigan Mediums, we understand the importance of efficiency for large-scale gardens. That's why we offer various options to provide you with the perfect amount of soil in the most convenient way. Choose from our 1-yard bulk totes or purchase loose soil by the yard.

Opting for bulk soil not only saves you money by cutting down on labor and packaging costs but also helps reduce waste. Our bulk totes are ideal for small family farms, large commercial operations, and industrial crop productions.

Each 1-yard tote features:

  • Heavy-duty sewn lift straps for easy handling
  • Compatibility with forklifts, Bobcats, and similar machinery
  • A re-closable, easy-pour chute at the bottom for simple transfer to smaller containers
  • Just lift, pour, and you're ready to go

Conversion guide for volume and weight:

1 cubic foot = 7.48 gallons

1 cubic yard = Approx. 1800lbs | 202 gallons | 27 cubic feet

Our trucks can carry up to 24 pallets of 1 Yard Totes.

Handling instructions

Please use a forklift or Bobcat with forks for easy handling when ordering 1 Yard Totes.

Bulk shipping

For orders between 30 and 70 Yards, we can ship using a Gravel Train.

Access requirements

Ensure your destination is accessible by a flatbed truck (be mindful of trees, power lines, etc.).
